Terms and Conditions

Last updated September 2026

These are the terms that apply when you book a cleanup with Geff's Pooper Scooper. By booking a visit, whether it is a one time cleanup or a recurring plan, you agree to what is written here.

Our Service

We walk your yard and clear the dog waste we can find and reach. You can book a One Time Cleanup, or a recurring plan: Weekly, Twice Weekly, Biweekly, or Every Month. Your price depends on your yard size and how many dogs you have, so we send you a number before your first visit rather than publishing one fixed price.

Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for making sure we can safely get into your yard on your scheduled day, and for telling us about any special access instructions. If a locked gate keeps us out, your visit may need to be moved to another day.

Weather and Safety

Your service may be delayed or rescheduled during severe weather, heavy snow, or any other condition that makes it unsafe for us to work in your yard.

Snow and Leaf Coverage

Snow and heavy leaves can hide some waste from view. On those days, we clean what is safely visible and reachable, not what is buried underneath.

Holiday Scheduling

If your scheduled visit falls on a major holiday, we may move it to another day. We will let you know ahead of time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a visit with advance notice. If you are on a recurring plan, you can cancel it before your next billing cycle.

Payment

You pay based on the plan or quote we agree on when you book. We will always confirm the price with you before your first visit.

Our Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your cleanup, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

Limitation of Liability

We take care while working in your yard, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your lawn or property, for how your pets behave during a visit, or for anything outside of our control, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business grows. The date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version.
